Luca Desiata is the founder of the pptArt initiative. He was the curator of the Corporate Art exhibit at the GNAM museum in 2015 and is a professor of Corporate Art at the post-graduate Master of Art at Luiss Business School in Rome. He holds an international MBA from Insead and is the CEO of an Italian state-owned company. He is a former officer with the World Bank Group and a former strategy consultant with Bain&Co.

- "Chess and Corporate Strategy" (Italian version), together with Anatoly Karpov (12th chess world champion) and Rocco Sabelli (former CEO of Alitalia and Piaggio). The French version was published in 2015.
